Returns

Leedsafe is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 28 days of receipt of goods unless otherwise stated on the invoice and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Our returns policy will not cover returns of non-stock, personalised products including those that have been embroidered, monogrammed, printed or goods where stickers have been applied.

Leedsafe cannot provide a credit for products that were clearance line items when purchased.

How to return

  1. You can return products within 28 days of receipt of order unless otherwise specified on the original invoice. The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached and in its original packaging.
  2. Complete the form to the right.
  3. Print the completed form and enclose it with your return.

Does this return include any products which may fall outside the Returns policy?

  • Customised Products (e.g., embroidered/printed garments)
  • Products which were received over 20 days ago
  • Products without their original packaging

Please note:
If the garments you are returning are non-stock personalised products including embroidered, printed, monogrammed or sticker applied options, you may not be eligible for a refund on these products as we are unable to sell them to other customers.

Returns FAQs

1. Will I get a refund/credit?

Provided the products have not been used, are returned withing 28 business days with all their original packaging and are not non-stock, clearance or customised items we will exchange or refund at your preference.

2. Can I return customised stock e.g. monogrammed, embroidered, printed gear?

Where a customer has customised garments, Leedsafe are unable to provide a credit as the goods are not saleable to any of our other customers.

3. What if the goods arrive damaged?

Please check all deliveries on arrival and if any damage has occurred in transit, please contact our friendly team within 24 hours and we will get replacements sorted for you. You will need to take photos of the damaged goods so we can make a claim with the courier company.

4. Do I have to pay for freight?

If Leedsafe is at fault, we will book the return and cover the cost, please call our office on 0508 147 147 and one of our friendly team will send you labels. Where you are returning samples or you have changed your mind, please send back via courier at your own cost.

5. Will there be a restocking fee?

Any returns which are for customers change of mind or size exchange will result in a small $7 exchange fee to help offset the cost of processing this credit internally. Where we have made error, we will not charge a fee.

6. How long will a credit take to process?

All credits will be processed within 5 business days of being received at our distribution centre.

7. How can I be refunded?

Leedsafe refunds credits using your original payment method to protect our customers. For example, if an order is placed online on an account, the credit will be applied to the account. Leedsafe does not make cash refunds.
